Terms of use

What this is

OpenMinded Games turns what's said in YouTube videos (by the host and any guests) into short games. Questions test what a video said, not whether it's true. Nothing on this site is financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.

YouTube videos

Videos play in YouTube's own embedded player, and your use of them is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). OpenMinded Games isn't affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Unless a page says otherwise, featured creators aren't affiliated with OpenMinded Games.

Points and leaderboards

Points are just for fun. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything. We may correct or remove scores that look automated or unfair.

Nicknames

If you add a nickname to a leaderboard, don't use your real full name, someone else's name, or anything offensive. We may hide or remove any nickname.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use OpenMinded Games.

Changes and availability

This is a pilot. Games, videos and features may change or be removed at any time, and the site is provided as it is, without guarantees. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
